Day01:-arrival Yerevan-Transfer to the selected hotel
Depart from your country and start a nice journey to Caucasus Region. Arrive in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer to hotel, check – in. Free time to relax.
Day02:- Yerevan City Tour – Vernissage
The tour begins with a visit to Mother Armenia, a statue which was constructed to replace a monumental statue of Joseph Stalin. Visit Tsitsernakaber. Thereafter, you will head to the Cascade, a giant stairway in the capital city. From the Cascade, you will be heading to the Opera House. A visit to the Republic Square awaits you next.
If you are looking for some shopping during your holiday to Armenia, Vernissage the place to be. Hundreds of vendors selling a variety of crafts and souvenirs will leave you spoilt for choice. Woodcarving items, antiques, and wool carpets can also be bought from here.
Day03:-Garni, Geghard – Jeep Tour Garni gorge
Within our tour we will be in the valley of Azat river where there are many historical and natural monuments. We will go to the Pagan Temple of Garni. The Pagan Temple of Garni is the only non-Christian temple currently standing in Armenia. Drive to the unique caved temple St. Geghard (12th -13th cc.). Geghard Monastery is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list (2000).
Day04:-Tsaghkadzor -Lake Sevan – Dilijan -Haghartsin, Yerevan
You will be driven to the North-Western part of Armenia. The first stop is Tsaghkadzor city (Valley of flowers) considered to be one of the most popular winter resorts of Armenia. Opportunity to go up to the mountain peaks by rope way, where you will catch an unforgettable gorgeous panoramic view of this part of the world . The next stop is Lake Sevan that is only 30 minutes’ drive distance from Tsaghkadzor. It is known as a blue gem of the Armenian mountainscape. Lake Sevan is considered to be one of the largest sweet water lakes in the world, situated at an altitide of 1,897 meters above sea level. Climb on peninsula from where the fascinating view on the Lake is open. Visit Sevanavank monastery, built by the princess Mariam to honor the life of her deceased husband in the 9th century.Dilijan is one of the most important resorts of Armenia, famous for its amazing surroundings, situated in Dilijan National Park. This small city, lost in forests and mountains with alpine meadows around, is home to numerous Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers. Visit to Haghartsin Monastery (X- XIV centuries). Nestled in forested mountains the Monastery creates a magical impression of the lost world.
Day05:-Jermuk Waterfall Jermuk City Tour
We begin the journey by heading to the South from Yerevan – through Ararat Province to Vayots Dzor Province – and will come closer to Ararat’s piedmont near Armenian-Turkish border.
Jermuk tours are famous for thermal-mineral springs; their healthfulness is well-known beyond the country too. Jermuk waterfall is one of the most striking sights of the city. It is located at an altitude of 2000 meters and is the second largest waterfall in Armenia. Water here falls from a height of 68 meters and its hitting creates myriads of shining sprays. It is no coincidence that this waterfall is so popular among tourists.
Day06:-Mount Aragats- Yerevan Mall
Today we will drive to Kari Lake (Stone Lake). Lake Kari is an alpine lake in Armenia, situated on the slopes of Mount Aragats. Mount Aragats is considered to be the highest point of the Republic of Armenia at 4090 m from sea level. The circumference of the base is about 200 km, and the mount occupies 4,000 km2 with its roaring slopes. Aragats has been one of the largest volcanoes in the world. Then continue trip to the Monastery of Saghmosavank (XII-XIIIcc). A wonderful view on the gorge of the Kasakh river .
This morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight home.
